PETALING JAYA: The GD XCHANGE Experience Centre was officially launched today, a collaborative space where businesses can experience hands-on demonstrations and understand how integrated technologies can solve practical business challenges. The launch was officiated by the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) Yang Berhormat Datuk Seri Johari Bin Abdul Ghani, underscoring the government’s commitment to accelerating industrial digitalisation.
GD XCHANGE is the technology arm of GDEX Berhad (“GDEX” or “the Group”), which represents the Group’s transformation from a conventional courier and logistics provider into a fully integrated, tech-driven logistics and distribution ecosystem. GD XCHANGE brings together global technology principals, channel partners, and resellers across key areas including supply chain and commerce, cybersecurity, cloud subscriptions, workspace solutions, smart devices and connectivity, as well as electric vehicles ecosystem.
The GD XCHANGE Experience Centre brings together a curated ecosystem of leading global and regional technology brands, solution providers, and strategic partners. Collectively, these partners deliver interoperable solutions across supply chain management, data intelligence, and automation. The experience centre serves as a one-stop solutions platform for businesses seeking to modernise operations and accelerate digital transformation.
Businesses visiting the centre can explore real-world use cases, interact with live demonstrations and consult directly with experts to design solutions tailored to their operational needs. The integrated ecosystem approach enables customers to evaluate technologies holistically, reducing implementation complexity and time to value.
Speaking at the launch, the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) Yang Berhormat Datuk Seri Johari Bin Abdul Ghani highlighted the role of technology supply chain solutions in driving national competitiveness, noting that experience centres such as this play a critical role in bridging innovation and industry adoption.
The GD XCHANGE Experience Centre is expected to support businesses across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, retail, e-commerce and fast-moving consumer goods, by providing practical insights into how logistics and technology converge to support growth, efficiency and sustainability.
